To ensure maximum protection against water infiltration, detachment, and degradation, we ensure your roof is covered with sound plywood and has a good ventilation system. We install all roof components according to the manufacturer's standards (complete Weather-Tite MD roofing system). These materials include drip edge protection, waterproof underlayment, starter shingles, asphalt shingles, hip and ridge shingles.
This system allows our clients to have a state-of-the-art asphalt shingle roof designed to provide maximum protection during severe weather conditions and extreme temperatures (high heat or extreme cold). You will also receive the Weather-Tite warranty if you choose BP laminated shingle models (Manoir, Everest, Mystique, or Vangard).

Shingle Roof Repairs
Is your residential, commercial, or industrial shingle roof leaking or in need of repairs? If your shingles are damaged, curled, or missing, we can replace them. The same applies to metal flashing and other sheet metal components, which our experienced roofer-sheet metal workers can repair and reinstall. We also offer carpentry services if your roof needs localized reconstruction due to water infiltration. In such cases, we will reinforce the decking and add new plywood to solidify the entire structure.
If ice has formed on your eaves and melting has caused water to seep under the shingles, they may be damaged, and water could have penetrated your roof. This issue arises when the attic is poorly ventilated.
If your attic ventilation is inadequate, our team can replace your turbine vent or roof vent and add Styrovents to keep mineral wool insulation away from soffit vents. Insufficient attic ventilation can lead to shingle overheating and drying out during summer, causing them to crack and detach. In such cases, the manufacturer’s warranty will no longer be valid.
